Hello Families! My name is Kate Baez and I am the owner of Little Spirits ABA.

My mission is to help increase the quality of care for families and children with special needs and to provide a safe and collaborate work environment for my staff!
I am passionate about helping my clients achieve meaningful change while training and educating their caretakers on how to maintain that change.

I was introduced to ABA in 2008, my first job as a paraprofessional in an autism preschool classroom in Millburn NJ.  I have been working with children on the spectrum since then in some capacity.  I simply love them!

I worked with Lovaas Institute Northeastern branch from 2010-2014 where I trained new staff and supervised in home ABA cases. I also earned a Marriage and Family Therapist License in 2017 and received my BCBA in 2020 and opened Little Spirits in 2023. I look forward to hearing from you!

I have been an RBT for four years….three of those years have been with BCBA Kate Baez. I have experience with ages two to twenty-one years old. I love what I do and am passionate about working with my clients!

Meet Ashli

Hello families, I am a soon to be Registered Behavioral Technician here at Little Spirits ABA. Growing up I always wanted to work with children. My initial introduction to the field of ABA came from a high school Early Education Course. I look forward to systematically teaching social skills in a meaningful, positive, and fun way.

I appreciate the opportunity to work together and to be a part of your child’s progress!

Meet Jenna

Hello families, I have been a licensed behavior analyst since 2023 and completed my clinical hours with Kate. I have worked with children on the spectrum of autism since 2020 and have extensive experience in both the clinic and home settings.  I completed undergraduate research at Eastern Virginia Medical School working in a behavioral epidemiology and pharmacology lab.  My passion is skills-based training and my favorite part of ABA is seeing my clients increase skill acquisition while decreasing challenging behavior. I thoroughly enjoy helping parents/caregivers learn how to manage behaviors outside of sessions and navigate daily living skills.  I am thrilled to be a part of the Little Spirits team and look forward to working with your family.

Meet TIFFANY

Hello families, I have been a field-servicing special education teacher for 11 years. I am well versed in mild to severe disabilities ranging from emotional disorders to autism. I have been a registered behavior technician for six years, servicing the Hampton Roads area. I am so happy to have the opportunity to change the lives of the children I work with and their families. I am continuously motivated and driven by the success of our kids and all the superpowers they possess!

Meet Karen

Hello families, my name is Karen and I joined Kate and the team at Little Spirits ABA in September of 2024.  My background is in Psychology and I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Longwood College.  I began my training as a Registered Behavior Technician through the Autism Partnership Foundation and became certified as an RBT by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in February of 2024.

I love the hands-on aspect of providing Applied Behavior Analysis to children and their families.  It is very rewarding helping children learn social, communication and life skills that will make a difference in their daily lives and impact their futures as well.
